Male pattern baldness may be linked to a genetic allergy towards DHT and not DHT itself. When testosterone levels increase, DHT levels also increase. Some men have an allergy to this androgen called DHT. DHT triggers an allergy in the hair follicles causing them to shrink and make thinner and weaker hair. So thinking that high testosterone levels cause baldness is a myth, well, testosterone plays a big role in increasing DHT levels, but the problem is 100% genetic related which causes an allergy.

#4. Treatments And Lifestyle Changes

There are some treatments that professionals can give you such as, hair transplants, prescription and otc drugs such as Minoxidil and Finasteride, and laser treatment. Which are all beneficial and can make your hair growth process go back to normal. You should also make some changes to your lifestyle.

2) Quit smoking.

3) Avoid Stress.

4) Get scalp massages.
